  • Better late than never

    Hi everyone
I joined the forum about a month ago, and have posted some questions but now realise I didn't actually introduce myself - sorry!
I live and work in Newcastle and have a teensy-weensy garden but am lucky to have an allotment. This is my first year with the allotment and I have managed to get about 80% of it cultivated, the remainder is under black plastic still waiting for me to find the energy to tackle the bindweed, horsetail, dandelion, creeping buttercup etc -aaaargh! Have just had a greenhouse put up so looking forward to getting into full swing.
I have a confession to make - I'm a seed and plant-aholic, can't resist! Most survive, and now I can access the fantastic advice on this site will soon learn the 'proper' way to grow things.
    Regards
    Lizzy
