G'Day Winter! Right now Down Under it is brutally hot and humid with maximum temperatures at or around the old century mark (37 degrees C). On Tuesday they are forecasting 40 degrees (104F). But the tomato plants are loving it! Provided tomato plants get plenty of water (I water mine three times a day) they grow like mad. So far I've not got a skerrick of disease anywhere and I've got loads of green fruits coming on, apart from Chandler (a very rare British variety that I secured this spring) which produced its first ripe fruits in November! And were they tasty! Fantabulous in every respect!
Happiness is being with the love of your life. If you can't have that, then an unlimited supply of well-rotted manure is a pretty close second!
