Thanks again all, such a friendly bunch! SMT, though a tad bit out the way, if it was a full-size plot, would definitely be interested as could always stop by at Bonds for an Ice Cream, could be good for the local economy of they accepted me! Do drive or to be environmentally friendly get the bus, it would be nice to spend lazy days on the plot sooner than later, also on waiting list for 5 years!!!
