  • Good Afternoon from Sunny Nottingham

Hello to everyone. I'm very much a beginner in getting compost under the fingernails and remembering to water everything. My gardening is all in pots and containers so looking forward to all advice and warnings associated with such things.

Welcome to the Vine from me too. Could we ask you to pop your location into your profile, you don't need to be specific, but it can help us answer certain sorts of questions ('specially climate related ones). Thank you.

if growing in containers and pots, fall in love with your watering can and hose

Hello and welcome to the Vine. I started out with pots, containers and a big lawn. Now I have less pots and containers and a whole lot less lawn!

Hello and welcome to the vine hamsterhead, I garden mostly in pot's, large containers and a raised bed I've found it challenging at times but very rewarding, plus with pot's if you want something in the sunshine you can just drag it there...mobile gardening at it's best

Hello. I am new too and over the other side of the county by the sounds of it. Off to Nott'm tues as I am taking my girls ice-skating (teacher training day!).

I have a lottie - got it last year plus I also have containers in the garden and a few fruit trees/bushes.
