Hello All
I have been following this site for a while and thought it was time to stop "borrowing" the tips and advice I have been reading and finally come out of the shadows and say hello. "Hello!"
I have had my seeds on the go since early March in my conservatory and it is all a learning experience. I have planted more and more since to increase the chances of success and to learn what to when and how!. So far all are coming up and seem to be doing well but I realise not all are going to make it.......
I have finally got my south facing garden into some sort of order (to the relief of my neighbours who are both GYOers and have always ribbed me for my unkempt jungle!) and put in a couple of raised beds. I have also completely dug over and fertilised a patch of earth that had been under a decade of weeds. It has been hard work but it is so satisfying.
I will be purchasing a greenhouse soon when I have done the last bit of tidying which is a present to myself for finally switching off the TV and going to and doing something less boring instead. And what is less boring and more satisfying than gardening.
I look forward to learning from you all.........
