    hi folks
I've just signed up /tuned in /logged on /pressed enter! Not sure of my way around yet so don't be offended if I don't respond at the right time in the right place ha. Just recovering from the shock of a heart attack just two weeks ago and didn't think I was anywhere near old enough, hey ho looks like I'm going to be getting back onto my allotment in a more leisurely fashion. I'll find any excuse to get out of heavy digging! Any ideas what I can do to stop climbing the walls over the next 4 weeks of recovery?

Hello and welcome to the vine Sorry to hear about your heart attack . This is a great place to come for help in all matters epsecially recovery. You can spend hours on here learning all kinds of stuff and having a laugh ( which in itself is great medicine) .
