I actually joined more than a year ago, but have been inactive here, mainly due to work, and unable to get proper growing space. Been keeping a container garden for quite a number of years since I left my own large garden in Devon (Bigbury).
Happily I now have my own reasonable-sized garden in Glossop since June this year, and have been actively planting -- and harvesting!
Now savouring the fresh taste again of my few homegrown soft fruits and veggies -- I'm taking a breather and plucking up courage to meet my fellow gardeners on the grapevine.
I have been reading all your many helpful threads in this forum and must thank you all for the useful growing tips.
