  • Hello from the Haute Vienne

Hello everyone, my name is Jaci. I have recently moved to the Haute Vienne region of France. We bought our place as a holiday home about 3 years ago, but due to work changes in the UK my partner & I have decided to start a new life here. My partner Will still travels back & fore the UK but I am here full time
We have two dogs & one horse...at the moment! Hoping to get some chickens soon. I had a very small veg patch in the UK, about 10ft x 4ft and managed to grow quite a lot of veg there & in pots. Now I have a potager measuring 49ft x 17ft on one terrace - havent managed to measure the other terrace yet its got 8ft high brambles on! I am really excited about having all this growing space & hope to become self-sufficient in veg. We also have about 5 acres of land, I have earmarked a small piece for an orchard the rest is for the horse. We also have a small woodland of about 1.5 acres so hoping to cut enough to last us a couple of winters at least.

                1) digital camera
                2) link it to your computer with USB, save pics to computer
                3) reduce size of your photos (I use resizr.com)
                4) attach pix to your posts using the paperclip icon

                Here's one I did earlier

Thank you Two Sheds, is there an optimum size for this site? I use photobucket & I think that gives you different size options
