    Hi all

I had to join up again as I'd forgotton my logon and password and couldn't get that type this phrase thingy to work!

I've got a lottie in Warrington, Cheshire which is partly shaded out by some tall trees ( ongoing battle with the council ).

I have one husband and a naughty cat called I-PIGGLE who is my avatar picture and was rescued when next door moved and left him.

This year I will mostly be growing ...... pumpkins

Hiya, I'm in Warrington too - which site are you on?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I know where you mean, I'm on the Elm Park Parish Council ones in Lymm, just over the canal before the car wash place.

I have pumpkin envy - the guy opposite me always gets massive ones and mine are a always bit weedy.

                      Hi

Welcome to the vine. It really is a place for good advice and many friendly people who will always help you out.
I grew pumpkins last year for the first time. I had 6 on the one plant, they were massive and I didn't taken any off like they tell you to. (1st year of growing them and not sure what to do). They are great for ground cover and smothered a lot of weeds. I think it was 'Jack O Lantern ' , not too sure as somebody gave me the plant. This year i'm going to try 'Baby Boo' as they are meant to be a smaller pumpkin.
