    Hi everyone,

I was on here quite a bit last spring and summer but went away over the autumn and winter and didnt come on at all (guess you could say I am a fairweather-ist!).

I really enjoyed using the forum last year and speaking to lovely people and getting advice so I am looking forward to some more of that hopefully.

I've not been too well over the last few months and so I've not really sowed much yet but have sowed some sunflowers and herbs, and planted a garlic bulb, so here's hoping this is the start of some of my garden plans for 2011.

Looking forward to chatting with you all through the forum.

    Best wishes
    Helen

              Thanks CaroltheCarrot

I'm hoping some gentle seed sowing in pots and trays for now, as well as hopefully the return of the sunshine, will be therapeutic for me.

Hoping to get some inspiration from you all as well!

Welcome home Helen. Sorry to hear you've been having a rough time of it lately, hope your feeling much better now. It's not too late to sow things so don't get disheartened...sow some salad leaves, they always make me smile with the speed they grow...bless em.

Hello again, and welcome back to the fold. If it's any help, I haven't sown a single seed yet . Unless you count the flower seeds I've bunged in for customers.

Sorry to hear you've been under the weather, my gardening plans (amongst other things) went on hold for medical reasons last year, too, so you have my sympathy. Small steps are best, as I keep telling myself after taking bigger ones , and we'll get there.

Thanks for the very warm welcome back, Glutton, Fiona and Florence.

Definitely small steps and gently does it - think that ought to be on my prescription actually! Lol!!

Sorry to hear you have been poorly too Glutton, hope you are better now too.
