  • Total Noob to Growing Veg, And Loving It.

Hi all am a total noob when it comes to growing veg. This is my first year, and am really enjoying it. I am always looking for any help and advice so if anyone has any tips and tricks they would like to share that would be great.

I have started a Blog so I can document everything I do and keep a record of what I have done right or wrong. The Blog address is www.emasguidetogrowingveg.com any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Guys.

Beds look fantastic......do you have ventilation in the GH? It could be useful to save opening and closing the door every time there is a fluctuation in temperature. Ie all the bladdy time! GOOD LUCK

            Hello, welcome to the grapevine!

*wanders off to have a nose at your blog*

Edit: Interesting - I didn't know Fenugreek was good for BF. Handy to know as I'm growing a load, and we're due another nipper in August!

Hi guys thanks for the replys. Newton yes i do have ventilation in the green house just behind the door we havent put a side up yet so its well ventilated. rustylady thanks for the advice I will go add my location, I actually live in the wirral so newton looks like where neighbours.

Chrismarks congratulations not long now then do you know what your having. Yeah apparantely its really good for breast feeding, I add never heard of it before it came in a mixed herb pack so I planted it anyway, do you have any idea what food it goes well with or recipes I can use it in.

Thanks everyone for your feedback, right I think I best get ready and go do a bit in the garden.

It's a suprise! As long as the baby is healthy we don't mind what we have (as long as it's not twins, or triplets ) I'm already starting to get grey haris!!

BTW, I've replied to your post on the what I did today thread about your carrots!
