Just a heads up: I've found blackberries a bit too 'thin' and tart on their own, so now I mix them with elderberries for wine-making

Hello Ian and a very warm Barnsley welcome from Jinny Cat & Me as well xx. I always add a lot more blackberries than is states in the recipe and my wine turns out really yummy...a bit like port to be honest.
