    Welcome to the forum!

September you can sow a few crops to overwinter, onions are a prime example. Planting out, if you have plug plants of the above, then sure go for it (check the variety first) You'll often find leeks, PSB, etc in garden centres being marked down around now. They are around me anyway

Hi there vegman and welcome! August is the month for sowing overwintering onion seed. CM is correct when he says you have time to plant plug plants of some brassicas, kale is a good one. You might only get small leeks if planted now as July was your end month for this task.
Good luck and you could start sowing green manure now for digging in Autumn. This will help you get your soil nutrient ready for next year's growing season

Hello and a very warm welcome to the Vine. I've sown curly kale, All Year Round cauliflowers and a few different varieties of cabbage in the last couple of weeks, so you've plenty of time. Also leave room for some garlic, planting from October.
