Hello from Carmarthenshire

Hya everyone I have been lurking for well over a year, having a quick read most mornings.
I don't have an allotement, just my garden, veg patch and chooks at the bottom.
Been growing my own for the second year so am quite new to everything earthy but you can't beat the flavour or satisfaction of your own veggies etc

Hello and welcome. You are dead right, there is nothing quite like the taste of freshly picked and cooked home grown veg.
Many members grow in thier back gardens, so you will not be alone.

Hello TP and a very warm welcome to the Vine. I too "lurked" for quite a while before I joined in and I'm so glad I did, this is a lovely community to be part of. I grow in my garden at home as well, it's great to be able to step out of the back door and be amongst the veg. I dont have an allotment either, i grow in a back garden and a tunnel, unfortunately, neither of them are mine so one day I'll be really grumpy when I have to give them up, but until then....
I digress....welcome welshie or shwmae, being as I've learned how to spell it now
