  • Kristen's Garden

    Hi all,

    Have had family problems through the Summer, so not had time to be on the forum in many months, but just wanted to let you know I've got around to making the annual Autumn update of my blog (two months later than in previous years ... Sigh!) for anyone who is interested.

    I've set up an "Autumn 2011 Tour" listing the articles that are new/changed (Direct link)

    Although we grow all our own veg for about 10 months of the year, there are no updates to the grow-your-own sections on my blog this year; this time its all related to projects we've been working on in the ornamental garden - so if you are a veg-grower only you might want to give it a miss

    Nice to see you back, and lovely to see your garden, it's just gorgeous.

    I just wanted to warn people not to click on the pop up that may appear: it's a white jumpy box that tells you you've won an iPhone. Clicking on its red X doesn't close it, it opens it up

    <image removed due to confusion!>

      I wondered where you had got to.

            Hmmm ... that a bit worrying, thanks for the Heads Up T.S.

            Blog is bog-standard Wordpress, hosted by Wordpress themselves, so I would hope there was no dodgy stuff in there, but I'll take a careful look at the source code.

            Hopefully not something infesting your PC ? (hopefully you have Malware checking stuff on your PC and know about all that jazz? if not give me a shout and I can point you in the right direction)

              Too much It was fine until last year ... we had most of it as scrub / rough woodland, and then we went to East Ruston Old Vicarage to see the "weekend pad" that they have converted to 30 acres of formal laid out gardens over 30 years and came back thinking we were being light-weights! and ... the damage was done ...

                My local Digger-man is a bit of a star-performer with his JCB! Was good fun doing though.

                      Other people have had the same problem on clicking your link Kristen, so if you could check it out, that would be great It's fine for me though, on Chrome, no pop ups.
