Hello,

I have been growing veg for about 3 years with varying results! Just stumbled upon this brilliant forum a few weeks ago, when looking for advice on growing Garlic. I don't have much to offer at the moment, but hope I will in the future, so for the time being I'll pick your brains for advice.

I have a largish garden, but the veg are at the end surrounded by my neighbours mature but well kept leylandi hedge at the back and side, and a huge Damson tree on the other, so water can be an issue. I am a very enthusiastic composter!
