    like TS said, get the biggest you can afford .... and place it in a sunny position .... AND .... think about where a second greenhouse could go (if you need one later!)
    also, if you need staging in the greenhouse, definitely go for 2 tier or even 3 tier ....

    i have an 8x6 greenhouse with 2 x 2 tier staging (stays in all year round) .... i also have the frames / shelving from a 4 tier and a 5 tier "mini greenhouse" thing as temporary staging, plus some framework / shelving from an ikea type unit ..... the greenhouse is totally full with seed trays / seedlings, pots etc etc .... i need another greenhouse!
