    LOL @ Terry the terminator..i've been called worse i promise you :-)

    veggiechicken.as im only just beginning theres not much to tell about my garden really?.. i do have a plastic greenhouse 6x4 that i bought quite recently and i have some young tomatoe plants in there that i plan to plant in growbags. also i am attempting to grow some runner beans in there in 2 long deep pots just hoping they take off then i aim to plant them in growbags as well..

        Keep an eye on your night temps: they won't like it colder than 10c, and frost will kill them outright


        I have some in my unheated gh, min temp is 6-7c and they have just stood still. They aren't dead, but they aren't growing either. Their brothers in the house though, are 12" tall, bushy and healthy

              There are a few allotments just down the road from me but i think it may be a few years for that yet

                And quite possibly a few years sat on the waiting list. Why not put your name down for one now, it's not like you'd have to take it if one became available too soon for you. It could save a frustrating wait in the future.

                    Hi Terry, welcome and happy growing. Everyone else has recommeded lettuce, so I guess I might have to recommend something different that I enjoy growing and eating and that seems easy - how about Raspberries? My favourite!
