  • Glad I joined!

Just wanted to say, thanks to everyone for all the fascinating posts and advice I've read here. I've now taken early retirement and have moved so I have a decent sized garden (45 foot by 20) which apart from a couple of bushes and way too many roses is a blank slate. I want to grow lots, and find the whole thing a real adventure!

Hi and welcome to the forum. Sounds great where you moved. It's a hobby unlike any other.

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory....

Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

Hi Blossom, enjoy the new garden, don't try to do it all at once! At least all this rain will make the soil diggable....

I "retired" last year, and its the best job I ever had!
