Hello to all, I have just subscribed to GYO magazine . I am so looking forward to the GYO season I had my second child last year and got married. Now want to get back into my garden and put the food back on my table that I know what has happened to it and how fresh and full of flavour it will be if all goes well. Looking forward to using the forum to help me out with my journey this year and what the weather may have in store.

Hi to everyone that has replied. Bigmally I do grow nuts, hazel but don't get a chance to enjoy them due to the bloody grey squirrels. Have sown my sweet peas this week ballerina blue and potted up my rhubarb but not organised yet for the growing season, I know I should really try to get on top of things but with all this snow the kids want me to sledge or build snowmen or I just don't want to venture out in the cold blizzard conditions. Veggiechicken have seen your posts on the forum and some are so funny. There was one about a man who was protecting his marrow for a prize and froze to it during the night, poor soul x

Hi GF - there are lots of Nutters on here - as you will have gathered by now I was surprised how restrained we were saying Hello to you - its all changed now
Blummin cold down here too. I have to venture out there to improvise a way to keep the woodpigeons off the bird seed - a hanging basket will do it but I have to go find one Needs must though when you have robins to feed

Hello and welcome from down here, nestled between the snow bound bulk of France and the very white French Pyrenees.
I've only been on board for six months and think it might be sensible to get off now.Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/
