  • Hello from the fairy house!

    Hey guys and gals,

Just popping on to introduce myself. My partner and I are just starting out down the road to a greener life.

We took on an allotment late in the start of the summer last year but had a false start, we realised it needed a lot more work then we first thought and that we need to put in raised beds (neither one of us are very good at bending).

We are also thinking about getting some chooks too! We already have their home built, it just needs a few finishing touches! We are going to build them a nice big free range bit too so that they have a dedicated space to forage!

Oh aside from learning how to grow green things we are also both creative people and love trying new things...we made a bumper batch of elderberry wine last autumn which is going to taste fab!

Ok enough chirping on! Feel free to ask anything you like!

Welcome to the vine Emma, sounds like you are well on the road to self sufficiency.
