  • Hello

I've been learning things from the forum for a week or so. So I thought joining in would be a good idea.
Been playing around in gardens for a few years now. But only had my own garden to play with for just over 12 months. Love growing veggies. It's even better now I get to eat the finished product .
I have a little orchard with apples, crab apple, pear & plums. Also have a veg patch with six very full 24ft x 4ft beds, one tunnel also very full 20ft x12ft. and soft fruit black & red currents, Tay, Logan, joster, blue, goose & raspberries, almost forgot the strawberries
Then there is my girls. 10 laying girls that I love. Then there is my 16 young chickens going from a week old to 5 weeks so still don't know if they will join the girls in the orchard or join the boys in the freezer.
Finally I have Bob & Seven. Bob is the other half. Seven is our collie.

I will apologise now for my spelling I'm dyslexic and auto correct doesn't always help, so sorry

Hi! and welcome to the vine, Small pumpkin. Sounds like you have plenty of growing space there in Mull. Pull up a chair and help yourself to tea and biccies.

As promised I've taken so photos. Sorry it's taken a few days, been running around like a blue bottomed fly !( had the mother-in-law staying!!!!!! )

These two are my veg patch. I'm very proud of my veg patch, I will be starting another topic (somewhere) to explain why

This is one of the views from my veg patch gate. Sun was to bright to point the camera the other way.

This is seven. Our retired sheep dog ( only retired because Bob's not a Shepard any more). He's much more of a lap dog now!
There will be lots more photos in the relevant topics up & down the forum ( hopefully) soon.
