Hi everyone, I am fairly new to gardening as I have spent the last few years renovating the house. Over the past year I have had the opportunity to sort out the front and side gardens. Getting rid of old waste and piles of rubble and sorting out the borders and flowery stuff. I have had the opportunity to grow for the first time some simple stuff. Carrots, runner beans, onions, radishes, tomatoes, lettuces and strawberries.
A couple of months ago our next door neighbour offered us the opportunity to buy a chunk of his back garden (220 sq metres) So now I have an opportunity to really get stuck into growing my own on a bigger scale. I 've already picked up lots of useful tips from all you experienced home growers that I hope to be able to put use in my new veggie garden.
