Thanks skeggijon. I can see how there may be issues with that. I suspect it would be easier to send seeds as opposed to cuttings, but one would still have to be concerned with importing invasive species and diseases.

The following are prohibited from sending to USA from UK:
Vegetable products
Except as provided, plants, and plant products which are subject to restrictions or prohibitions of plant quarantines or regulatory orders of the U.S. Department of Agriculture may not be imported into the United States through the mails and should not be accepted for transmittal to that country.
Vegetables, roots and tubers.
Fruits, nuts and citrus peels.
Coffee.
Cereals
Wheat products.
Fruits, seed, grains, and fodder.
O***m.
Vegetable products.

The laws are fairly strict about these things, I was supposed to bring a Bay/Laurel home with me from Ireland and apparently I needed a plant passport so I didn't bother.

Based on the information here it seems like there should be no issue with apple seeds. Furthermore, there should be no issues with small lots of seeds (excepting of course the restricted varieties).

Hello and welcome from France.
Mr PP and myself have been to Utah a number of times as we are confirmed Powder Hounds and a perfect day at Alta is hard to beat I guess we should go back in the growing season sometime.Le Sarramea https://jgsgardening.blogspot.com/
