Hello all

I'm forty something and have started to grow my own veg. In fact started 7 and 1/2 weeks ago.

In that time I have learnt a lot and have driven my family mad!!

I have a small raised bed with a water filrer on legs brought from good old argos.!

Welcome... Common problem according to the wife apparently I'm obsessed with growing and the allotment, but it gives them plenty of new scope for birthday and Christmas gifts. Just point out that you are not down the pub getting drunk every night or having an affair.

I love your enthusiasm - and know what you mean about driving the family nuts..!! Mine just nod their heads sagely and I see their eyes glazing over when I'm chatting 'gardening/growing/GH/beds stuff' ..... Not that I shut up, I just don't expect an answer ......
It does give me the grand excuse of saying, when I come home from garden centre, laden with compost etc "remember I told you yesterday I was going to buy ........?"

Anyway, any questions you have,will surely be answered, one way or another !!
