Well, hello there!
I live in Bournemouth at the moment but will be moving much further into Dorset later this year. OH and I have bought a place near Sturminster Newton and we're having a new house built there. There is part of a field that comes as part of the package and as it has an agricultural tie on it, it means that we'll be having fun using part of it for raising fruit, vegetables, bees and various sorts of wildlife. We've spent the last few weekends planting a native hedge around the perimeter (hard going!) and then we'll get onto forming the kitchen garden through the year, ready for next spring.
We have far too many other interests and too little time for them all as we still work full time, but I think we'll have our hands full with the new place for the forseeable future.
