Good morning and happy Easter to everyone!
Just a quick introduction and a hello to everyone.
Having purchased a house that needed internal and external love over 5 years ago, my journey into gardening and growing came quickly and full blast.
In a thread for another day, here we are we are after planting 1000 hedge plants, 12 large fruit trees about 50 tonnes of soil, 10 tonnes of compost and 20 chickens later.
Having dabbled in a small raised bed full of raspberries, gooseberries, beans and courgettes, I ended up with a surprise greenhouse purchase that we've been building over the last few days. It needed a lot of TLC, but the Father in law loves a project, and his skills where needed quite a few times to make new unique parts to fit the house.
Having been a reader of the forums for a while, I've ended up with a seeds galore ready to be planted in the coming days.
Fingers crossed we can get all the glass/plastic in tomorrow and have a fully working greenhouse for April.
