  • Hey! Newbie grower

    Hi guys and girls,

I've come across this new hobby growing things, and it's grasped me by the roots.

I find it really therapuetic and love to watch my plants grow bigger each day.

I have only ever tried to grow tomatoes in the past (once) in my old flat on the window cill, the plants themselves grew really tall but just wouldn't flower.

So I am giving it a go again and have joined in the hope I get it right this time.

At the moment I have tomato and strawberry seedlings which I planted myself and are doing quite well. I also have planted a clove of garlic as I read it can produce a whole bulb so that will be interesting. I'm getting a mini greenhouse for my conservatory tomorrow and I am going to get a few more different things on the go!

I am going to switch to hydroponics as soon as my ebay stuff comes too.

Please expect many questions from me

Welcome. Is that a mini greenhouse for inside the conservatory?
