Check about the pigs.
Ours was a local council site but I know each area is slightly different.
Those guys turned the soil like there was no tomorrow!!!!

The guy had them from early summer to November to fatten up. Totally free ranging and organic.
If you are intending to go down twice a day for chooks then pigs/bees would be no extra work -if you have the time to spare.
