I want to make a couple of frames using hoops and polythene I want to know what's the best material to make the hoops with is using electrical conduit good enough?
Anyone got any plans I could have?
Electrical conduit comes in all shapes n sizes n materials - MDPE pipe as mentioned by VC is pretty resilient to chemicals etc and fairly cheap and manages to be both flexible and strong so is often used - if the conduit is similiar material should be ok - UV stabilised is also something to consider...

1574 gin and tonics please Monica, large ones.
I'd use mdpe pipe. 25mm if you are going to buy it. 20mm if scraps from building site. I have a feeling that White electrical conduit tends to shatter, but that may be the older stuff. Overflow pipe would also work.
There is no difference between Blue or Yellow - Water and Gas. Black is just imperial water pipe.
