Here's one I started years ago https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gr...ion_66565.html
My Haemmerlin barrow with its new solid wheel is still going strong - so that's my recommendation.

It depends on how much you're going to use it and what for.
I went the cheapo route bought the cheapest galvanised one off ebay but I mostly use it for transporting weeds and lightweight compost, and to mix compost and hold seedlings.Transporting on paving stone and clean soft grass.
I don't use it for heavy wood etc and keep it in the shed most of the time.
It's taken the odd rain but not a scrap of rust, tyre's fine so far after a year. Probably wouldn't hold up so well with heavy use.
I figure the larger the barrow the more force on the wheel etc so unless it's a big job, consider your needs and if it makes sense forking out an extra £20 for an 85L if a 65L will do.
