    Thanks for all your replies, I'm glad I'm not just turning into an old misery! I think I'll just put up a fence round the Raspberries if he puts the GH back up, I may even be really petty and stop mowing and strimming that part of the path (but probably not)!

        Hi RedRuth, Being neighbourly is a two way thing but unfortunately, some people are naturally antisocial, stubborn, want their own way and don�t care about others needs or feelings. The opposite of me basically.

        People like that really annoy me but I don�t let it get to me and waste my energy on them, I just don�t have the time for them and do my own thing, leave them to it.

        If he won�t play ball, ask him politely to do his share of maintaining the path.
