    Thanks for all your replies, I'm glad I'm not just turning into an old misery! I think I'll just put up a fence round the Raspberries if he puts the GH back up, I may even be really petty and stop mowing and strimming that part of the path (but probably not)!

        Hi RedRuth, Being neighbourly is a two way thing but unfortunately, some people are naturally antisocial, stubborn, want their own way and don’t care about others needs or feelings. The opposite of me basically.

        People like that really annoy me but I don’t let it get to me and waste my energy on them, I just don’t have the time for them and do my own thing, leave them to it.

        If he won’t play ball, ask him politely to do his share of maintaining the path.
