How much manure/mushroom compost do I need?

I have had my allotment for a couple of years now, but this Autumn I want to add some manure and mushroom compost to my raised beds.
I can buy it in 30L bags or by the cubic meter.
Can anyone out there advice me of how much I will need to cover roughly 50 sq metres of raised beds.

I would go for the cubic metre if the price is right! Bags are easier to handle though and you can gauge how much you will need in total after using the first bag

I think I will go for the cubic metre, if I have too much I can always bag it up for my garden at home.
