Burnt Tyre

Hello Greenfingers...

I'm new on here and need some advice. I have come across the remains of a recently burnt tyre that fellow plotholders have used to get rid of some their rubbish! Marvellous!

What do I need to do to ensure that this contamination is safely removed? Do I need to be worried about this?

Just get rid of the wire the carbon will be allright scattered about this should not be harmfull .
