Name that tool!

There's a chap on our allotment site who uses a plough type tool.

I've only seen him using it from afar so I'm not too sure what it looks like up close.

He seems to be pushing it rather like a lawnmower but it has a bicycle size iron wheel at the back and some type of plough mechanism up front.

I'm pretty sure it's a hand plough/tiller that he's using as he was putting in some spuds and it was making rows.

Does anyone know what it is and what it's called and better still where can I get one?

Phill this is one place that you may be able to get one. Its in the States but looks quite reasonable unless one of the vines may have one to let you have.

Sorry - I missed Chuffa's post and the Main Street price is much cheaper than Amazon - I always think of Amazon as being very competitive and was quite surprised to see the Main Street price.
