hello group has anybody got any advice about killing catipillars as my brussels have nearly dissapeared all advice will be appreciated

Caterpillars.
Best defence is to put a fine mesh net over them from the day they are planted out. For now, pick them off and/or spray.

I remember my Dad paying me and my brother sixpence a jamjar for caterpillars collected from the cabbage plants. The best way is to pick them off and either squash or drop into a bucket of salty water, but I do appreciate that this can seem to take forever.
