Have planted onions, cabbages, purple sprouting broccoli and late potatoes as well as some seeds for cabbages, radishes and onions. Guess they have two chances .
Love the root of the name and the dog isn't bad either-- beats my mongrel!!

Hi SS - you have been busy! and making me feel very lazy! I really must get into the greenhouse this weekend (out of the horrible rain we've been having!) and get planting. Yes, Dexy is only a mongrel but he's very cute. Still a little slow in learning how to use a trowel, but learning fast on how to dig up potatoes! dexterdog
