Hi everyone,
I started my allotment back in April this year and was very lucky the way it was handed over to me. We have had loads of raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries over the last few months and last weekend, we brought home our first lot of 'proper' veg.
We had no high hopes this year thinking we started to late, no real preperation, but we have exceeded our own expectations.
We have also been adopted by 'Lilly', our little resident robin.
Looking forward for all the hints and tips on this site as I have lots to learn!

Those carrots look lovely, I'm a bit envious as mine have all gone wrong for one reason or another this year, and we've only had a handful from a pot. Next year....next year...
