Just looked on googlemaps and that is about 5 mins from me, will try and have a look tomorrow / monday as I am working nights but think I might be phoning St Helens soon. When I first rung St Helens Council she did mention a site where there had been vandalism but that was due to people getting fed up and not maintaining plots and lack of interest, think that might be the one I have been offered. Sure if it was maintained then a few more would be interested.
