Can anyone out there let me know what the attached photo is?
Its currently trying to spread itself over my allotment,
I thought it was a type of comfrey but I am not too sure now after view boc king 14 on google images

This plant has a tuberous root if this helps with identifcation, if I knew whether it was a plant of a weed this might help, itwas around in spring summer?

Bocking 14 is sterile, so that definitely wouldn't seed itself around your plot.

I would guess (and it's a wild guess to get the ball rolling) at Evening Primrose

Tried that but you can't put a photo into google can you?
Looked at comfry etc very similar but there are sooo many differant types?
Thought someone might have come across it themsleves.

If we were earlier in the year (springtime) I would make a wild guess at foxglove
