Seed Swap at Allotment Shop

I am thinking of having a seed swap at our Allotment shop in May.

I was wondering if anyone had done this and could offer me their experiences, how best to go about it and problems I may encounter.

We have a box in the toilet that people can put their unwanted seeds then anyone can help themselfs to anything in there that takes your fancy.
