Our shop is non profit making, there is no point in charging more for stuff that be got elsewhere cheaper -
Not speaking from experience here but you could combine the shop with a basic caffeteria and outdoor sitting area?
A hut with a table and chairs and a tea urn would be a start!
Tool hire is another way?

We sell Growmore and Blood fish and bone and the like by weight we buy 55lb sacks and if you want 1lb 27bl we weigh it out. also all our staf are gardeners sothay know what they are talking about.
We also have a cafe and a bar (members only).My phone has more Processing power than the Computers NASA used to fake the Moon LandingsComment

How do you go about setting up a bar? Our chairman has mentioned he wants a bar after visiting some Allotments in Birmingham.
