This new plot just gets better and better. Did the Google Earth pictures give you any other ideas as to what you might find? Troughs, for example?

I’m also a back garden grower I like it because I can nip out and do a bit whenever I have some spare time.

Same here, anything dies it gets replaced with growing food. Seems waste of spare time mowing when some of it could be growing food. The front lawn has a small magnolia tree and a small plum tree. The blossom on the plum looks just as nice and will produce food later on.
