    I am a great fan of Double digging . Just think what it does for the figure Girls. You need a strong back though

      Righto.... More digging it is next week... spent a weekend trying to get the couch grass weeds out of one half of the lottie this weekend...

      I've just bought two dresses for a weekend away in November. What a fab way to get my figure back Roitelet!!

      Hopefully not a ripplingly muscley back though

        My muscles must be huge after tis weekend but the end is in sight - and the plot looks like a real allotment now and I can actually imagine growing stuff on it!

              Hve to say diggin is good for the figure, I've lost 2" from around my waist in the last month, just from digging and exercising down the plot!

                Agreed Mrs D... I've stared to notice my Bum shrinking and I feel my ribs a bit more boeny again. Mind you, still a looooonnnngggg way to go!

                            In Our SHED??? I'd have to be a contortionist! Its only 3' square!! (The shed you mucky minded lot! )

                            Having said that Mr D was on about perhaps doing some fertility rites come the spring for the growing plants, or at least I think thats what he said the reasons were!
