I noticed earlier that someone had dumped part of a compost tumbler just across the stream from my lottie. I thought there had to be a use for it, so had a little paddle to collect it (ok, I say paddle, I'd forgotten how short I am, so it was more a thigh high wade!
). What I've got is the main part of one of these:

No lid (or base, I suppose, as it's shown there) and no tumbling mechanism. From what I've read, tumblers aren't all they're cracked up to be anyway, so I doubt it's worth making/finding the missing parts?
But it has to be good for something, surely? Any ideas?
