Nettles??

Sorry if this has been brought up before but just tried having a quick look and cant see anything but I have heard that by putting stinging nettles in your water is a good idea.

Is it good for the plants??
How long do I leave it in the water??
Does anyone else do this??

They are great! It's good to see they're good for something other than butterflies and tea (not that these aren't great of course!).
