I was thinking of leeks, but they are not something I eat loads of so Oriental Veg will possibly win - mibuna, mizuna & pak choi - I do love these.

Which is what I'm, hopefully, going to plant if I ever get this allotment... (Going to turn it into a pondlet)
Already got a pond made from an old bath! Anything else?

Well, I wasn't going to boast, but you started it...

Actually, it's TWO of the old-fashioned sinks (Belfast?). So that'll be 2 pondlets.

So what's planted in the loo? (If that isn't a personal question?!)

Used to have an old loo planted up with flowers at the front door but OH made me get rid of it...............can't imgine why?

I also have two belfast sinks..........one in the chook run filled with water and one I scrounged out of a skip. I filled the second one with water to try it and it all seeped out........................... so it looks like it's gunna become a planter!
If you can be bothered you can mix up cement and peat and sand, clag it to the sides of the belfast sinks, when it's dry coat it with yooghurt which will get algae to grow on it and it will look just like a stone planter!
