Crikey. I only signed for mine last week. If I can get it looking less jungle and more open plain in that space of time I'll be happy!

Well, put it this way, I had two plants last year which yielded 132 courgettes.

                    • I've got 5 courgette plants in different parts of the garden and I'm hoping they'll produce at different times, or it will be ' what shall we have with courgette today '

A green variety called Black Beauty and a yellow one called Jemmer.

This is the 16' by 4' bed that I had them in last year - a squash plant is on the left, (with sweetcorn), the two courgette plants are on the right. Grumpy George the Scarecrow is attempting to keep order somewhere in the middle!

I think that it will be 'what shall we have with courgette today' from about now until the end of October. The year that I put five courgette plants in, I was giving them away in the front garden to passers by.

                          I'm not joking:

                              • Amazing! I was wondering, where did you get your greenhouse from?
It looks just like the type I would like to get, looks pretty sturdy.
                                Thanks! :-)
