          ^ Horsetail isn't a good competer though: it does best on bare ground. Last year I smothered ours in meadow flowers nectar bar before & after | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

            I hate bindweed! One tip is don't let it flower - I had an infestation from a neighbour and their's flowered and self seeded everywhere.... Pulling up seeds is better than digging out the roots, but the seeds got everywhere.

            Personnally I'd nuke it if it wouldn't cause WW3 (and if I had a nuke!)
